Assistant Clerk - Treasurer
Assistant Clerk-Treasurer for City of Airway Heights. This role is the primary support to the Clerk-Treasurer and assumes the management position in the absence of the Clerk-Treasurer. It is the number two position in providing most financial and overarching administrative functions for the City, including certain human resources functions. Financial responsibilities include but are not limited to revenue and expenditure accounting, cash reporting, budgets and forecasts, tax reporting, investments and annual reports. Administratively, this role will prepare Council packets and transcribe minutes of Council meetings, oversee fulfillment of records retention requests, and preserve and safeguard City documents.
