Senior Purchasing TechnicianCity of Canon City
The City of Canon City is accepting applications for the position of Senior Purchasing Technician. This full-time position performs a variety of administrative support functions to assist with the City's procurement process. Successful candidates will possess, at a minimum, an Associate's degree in business, accounting, contract management or closely related field, three years' experience in procurement, preferred in a governmental, grant funded or federally regulated environment; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. The pay range starts at $42,827, plus participation in the health insurance plan offered by the City according to City policy. Pre-employment drug screening, driving test and background check are part of our screening process.
