Media Strategist
As a member of our Sales team, the Media Strategist is responsible for planning advertising campaigns;including research,campaign planning, determining promotional mix of solutions, creative development, strategic optimization and post- campaign evaluation. Work closely with the local sales team; responsible for seeing that they achieve budget targets while ensuring that all campaigns deliver in full and meet the client’s needs and objectives.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop custom integrated advertising campaign proposals across all platforms based on client needs & objectives
• Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to ensure campaign is meeting client’s objectives/KPI’s and maximize campaign delivery and revenue through campaign management and consistent collaboration with internal and external customers
• Support of post-sale due diligence;intra-department communications, and providing detailed final campaign reports & recommendations for future campaign,including scheduling
• Attend client meetings (4-legged sales calls) with Advertising Sales Consultants, as required
• Keep up to date with all industry trends, as well as changes within digital media
QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• University or College Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of Digital Media experience
• High level knowledge of the digital media landscape, integrated advertising trends and best practices
• Proficiency in the use of social media, mobile platforms and interactive web applications
• Analytical & strategic thinker who can interpret data from online analytics tools including Google Analytics for optimal campaign result
• Experience with ad serving platforms such as Double click for Publishers (Ad Manager 360) is preferred but not required
• Leading edge technical skills; Google certification (Google Ads/Analytics) & Facebook Ad certification (Blueprint) preferred
• Team-player who can champion campaigns while collaborating with sales,booking, production & trafficking of creative
• Well-organized, able to work well under deadlines, and comfortable with high-level of accountability for campaign success
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members on multiple digital & print platforms
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar presentation software; ability to create professional presentations
