Core Responsibilities
- Assist HR Director with all facets of Human Resources responsibilities.
- Compensation Programs
- Under the direction of the HR Director/CEO, maintain master compensation Excel file. Include combination of revenue generating and non-revenue generating compensation structures.
- Assist HR Director with benchmark studies- compile CFM compensation data to participate in study, review annual published report.
- Assist HR Director with annual increases- update employee specific compensation sheets, schedule and participate in compensation meetings with employees.
- Recruiting and Hiring
- Assist HR Director with full-cycle recruiting for all levels of position within the company, as approved by CEO and CFM Partners.
- Assist HR Director with onboarding of new hires. May include working collaboratively with departmental Directors/supervisors to plan and execute successful new hire training.
- Organizational Growth
- As needed, review and give input regarding current and future promotion and hiring opportunities throughout the firm based on available data regarding company growth.
- Employee Relations
- Build and maintain professional relationships throughout the firm.
- Provide coaching to help employees navigate difficult or complex workplace scenarios.
- Escalate concerns and counselling needs to HR Director.
- HRMS Administration
- Day-to-day data input, maintenance, reporting, etc.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Handle day-to-day payroll and benefit enrollment needs, employee inquiries, reporting, tracking, etc.
- Assist HR Director with annual benefit review and open enrollment process.
- Company Policy Administration
- Work with HR Director to review and improve internal policies, collect signatures, provide trainings, etc.
- Compliance
- Review and ensure HR specific compliance requirements as dictated by governing entities are being met.
- Complete all required SEC compliance requirements.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
*This position will initially be Part-Time (40%-60% FTE) and grow over time.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in Human Resources roles, with evidence of increasing responsibility
- Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strength in customer/client service
- Excellent analytical skills with extraordinary attention to detail
- Collaborative work style
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 10+ years in Human Resources roles, with primary experience as a Generalist/Manager
- HR Certification: PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
- Financial industry experience
