Homeless Prevention Case Manager for Belmont County

GMN Tri County Community Action is accepting applications/ resumes for the position of a Homeless Prevention Case Manager for Belmont County.

Major Responsibilities: include but not limited to providing Case Management to the homeless population of Belmont County. Gather client information and enter into the Homeless Management System. Work closely with eligible families, research housing options for clients and make referrals to other programs if necessary.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma considered, however, Degree preferred in Social Work, or related field. Computer literacy and general knowledge of community is a plus. Ability to work cooperatively and communicate with children, families, and people of all social - economic levels. Must pass a background check. Highly seeking a Belmont County resident.

Starting salary $22,000 plus an excellent fringe benefit package.
