Summary:
This position is for a Production Worker for a national company located in Greeley, CO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Package product for shipping on multiple different assembly lines.
Weigh product, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet specifications.
Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.
Attach identification labels to finished packaged items such as lot numbers or shipping destinations.
Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material.
Remove finished packaged items from machine.
Pack boxes, stack boxes and/or bags on pallets.
Monitors, maintains and repairs production equipment.
Operates machines in a safe and responsible manner.
Keeps area clean, safe, and up to code.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to sit, stand and /or walk for up to 3 hours at a time in a 8-hour day; ability to frequently grasp, push, pull, bend and climb.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, product irritants, airborne particles and outdoor weather conditions. The employee is required to occasionally work in high places and confined spaces.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Schedule is usually Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. with some occasional overtime possibilities.
Starting wage is $14.00/hour, but negotiable depending on skills and experience.
The company offers group health insurance (premium mostly paid for by the employer), company-paid short/long term disability insurance, $50,000 in company-paid life insurance; elective dental, accident, cancer insurance and a 401k plan retirement plan. There is a PTO accrual program in place and 6 paid holidays/year.

Maintenance Mechanic (420 O St., Greeley, CO 80631)
Summary:
This position is for a Maintenance Mechanic for a national company located in Greeley, CO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures operation of production machinery and mechanical equipment by troubleshooting, identifying, and completing preventive and routine maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulics, conveyor systems, sieves, augers, conveyors, stick machines, gravities, etc.
Strong working knowledge and experience with the disassembly and installation of bearings, motors, gearboxes, and belts.
Knowledge of and ability to operate motorized and hand tools and equipment used in maintaining and repairing facilities, buildings, and grounds.
Fabricates parts by using machine shop equipment.
Perform emergency repairs on various types of machinery, including mechanical, electric and hydraulic; identify and replace worn or damaged parts in a timely manner.
Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions.
Operates machines in a safe and responsible manner.
Keeps area clean, safe, and up to code.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to sit, stand and /or walk for up to 3 hours at a time in a 8-hour day; ability to frequently grasp, push, pull, bend and climb.
