Your goal will be to help maintain optimal health for our amazing dogs in their journey to become successful guides and beyond. You will lead and support our outstanding and enthusiastic veterinary technician team, as well as work with incredible dogs and volunteers. Recruiting, hiring, supervising, and mentoring our team are key functions of this position, along with managing inventory and ensuring quality care. We'll also rely on you to develop and maintain adherence to protocols, as well as ensure compliance with American Animal Hospital Association, Veterinary Medical Board, OSHA, and DEA guidelines.
The qualifications you'll need:
- California RVT license
- 3+ years of position-related experience; supervisor experience desirable
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, and on call as required
