Our 3rd Shift Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining our operations department during non-traditional hours. This unique position allows you to work not only with our clients, but also with our vendors to ensure that all aspects of the reservation are handled effectively for our high-end clientele.
We seek candidates who are driven individuals that thrive on learning, adapting and solving problems on a daily basis. The right candidate should be a night owl who can retain focus for an 11.5 hour 3rd shift.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintaining client and vendor relationships - interacting with vendors from around the world
- Working in a challenging, fast paced and exciting industry
Duties include:
- Performing our quality assurance process
- Dispatching reservations to appropriate vendors
- Answering customer calls, emails, chats, internet requests and entering new customer reservations
- Escalating potential issues
Candidates must possess:
- Desire to provide high-end customer service while building lasting relationships and having conversations with people across the globe
- Ability to handle urgent requests, challenging clients and unhappy vendors while remaining calm and collected
- Prioritization skills for multiple tasks in a fast paced work environment
- Self-starter who has the ability to stay motivated and make quick decisions with a limited amount of resources
- Positive attitude
We are looking for the following set schedules:
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM
