Job Description | The Administrative Assistant reports daily to the Dean of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences and is his/her administrative assistant for the school focused on the Departments of Social Sciences, Humanities, Fine Arts and Communications, Social Work, and Literature and Language, with particular attention given to the graduate programs in the school. In addition, the administrative assistant works closely with Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences Faculty and Administrative Staff being responsible for general office duties, assists with data collection/storage for the dean and the departments, maintains records, works with students, assists faculty and staff while working with the school and departments, the Office of Academic Affairs and others at LMU as needed. This person works closely and coordinates work with administrative assistants of other colleges, both undergraduate and graduate. |
