The N.C. Real Estate Commission needs a personable individual to respond to written and telephone inquiries from licensees and consumers concerning Real Estate License Law, rules and general brokerage procedures. Bachelor's degree (preferred), NC real estate broker license plus one or more years real estate experience are required. $43,961 - $52,753 plus benefits. Must reside in Raleigh area.

The North Carolina Real Estate Commission is an independent North Carolina state governmental agency whose mission is to protect the public interest in real estate brokerage transactions. The primary function of the Commission is to license and regulate North Carolina's approximately 90,000 plus real estate brokers and firms. The Commission also registers and regulates sales activities at timeshare projects, and oversees prelicensing, post-licensing, and continuing education for brokers and applicants for brokers licenses.
