Job Description Summary
- Responsible for creating and implementing an overall marketing strategy for each location and profit center to support company growth and increased patient census.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Develops and implements a marketing strategy for each location and profit center
- Creates and enforces guidelines concerning use of logos, colors and all other branding
- Collaborates with department directors and administrators in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, ads, campaigns etc.
- Manages the companies’ social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
- Assists the Administrator in establishing allocations for the marketing department. Monitors allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.
- Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections.
- Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
- Works closely with the community and physician liaisons to provide data and support for their efforts
- Recruits, selects, orients, and directly manages members of the marketing staff.
- Participates in community events and activities that promote company goals and healthcare initiatives
- Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
- Monitors and reports cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
- At least three (3) years experience in health care marketing management, preferably in home care operations.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct personnel.
- Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
- Knowledge of corporate business management.
- Demonstrates excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
