Position Title: Outreach Worker
What you'll do: You will provide clients and patients of Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic with the needed educational information related to social service agencies that are available in the Spokane service area.

Your Qualifications: • Minimum one year of experience working as a lay leader, promotor, community health worker or similar role, and you understand how to connect patients with local community agencies and resources • Current Washington State driver's license and proof of automobile insurance coverage • High School Diploma or GED • Your bilingual English-Spanish conversation skills are a plus that you can be paid extra for • You know about the social and health agencies in the area and what they offer • You are skilled at recognizing a medical or emotional crisis and referring the patient to an appropriate provider • You share life experience with the community you are serving • You are well-organized and work well on your own
