Compensation: $100,000 - $170,000 salary, sign-on bonus, company equity, and benefits

We're looking for a passionate Director of Nursing in Colorado to join our leadership team. You'll supervise and grow a clinical team of RNs, build a compassionate team culture, and set clinical practices to deliver quality care.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of RNs. You'll be involved in helping Wellspring attract the best clinical talent to put together a world-class care team.
- Set high clinical expectations and process improvements. You'll be crafting a culture of care excellence and helping your clinical team meet it.
- Utilize digital health as a strength. You'll be leveraging telehealth to scale the impact of your time, supervise the care team, and interact with families.
- Partner with operations, technology, and product teams across Wellspring. You'll be a critical voice for pushing initiatives to further our mission.

- Must be a physician or registered nurse with at least 5+ years of nursing experience and licensed in the state of Colorado.
- Must have 1-2 years of supervisory and management experience in home care and health service administration experience
- Must reside in Colorado, preferably in the Denver or Colorado Springs area. Although this is a hybrid position with great remote responsibilities, there are components of in-person supervision that are necessary.
